摘要: Summary Electron microscopic studies of a benign hepatoma in 31-year-old women who was on contraceptive pills are presented. The electron picture showed highly differentiated liver cells with regularly developed bile canaliculi. mitochondrial polymorphism, the formation paracristalloids and appearance giant mitochondria were striking. main change occurence numerous capillaries varying caliber which formed an integral part tumor. On basis these finding tumor is regarded as mixed well capillary system explaines arteriographic characteristics frequent bleeding complications noted literature.
