摘要: To clarify the mutagenic potential of surface soil in residential areas Kyoto city, samples were collected twice or three times from 12 sites, and their organic extracts examined by Ames/Salmonella assay. Almost all (>92%) showed mutagenicity TA98 without with S9 mix, 8/25 (32%) high (1000-10,000 revertants/g soil) extreme (>10,000 activity. Moreover, to identify major mutagens Kyoto, a sample was at site where contamination severe continual. The extract, which potent fractionated diverse column chromatography methods. Five constituents isolated identified be 1,6-dinitropyrene (DNP), 1,8-DNP, 1,3,6-trinitropyrene (TNP), 3,9-dinitrofluoranthene (DNF), 3,6-dinitrobenzo[e]pyrene (DNBeP) co-chromatography using performance liquid spectral analysis. Contribution ratios 1,6-DNP, 1,3,6-TNP, 3,9-DNF, 3,6-DNBeP total extract mix 3, 10, 6%, respectively. These nitroarenes detected four different sites other prefectures, contribution 0.7 22%. results suggest that widely contaminated there some soils heavily polluted. may contaminate areas.
