摘要: Abstract 1. The subcellular distribution of Zn, Cd, Cu and Hg in liver kidney from a narwhal was determined by ultracentrifugation gel filtration. 2. Most the total mercury bound cellular pellet (88 73%, respectively). Of mercury, 7 11% form methylmercury kidney, respectively. 3. More than half (74%) Zn cytosol somewhat less this liver. 4. Almost all cadmium 92%, respectively) cytosol. 5. Cytosolic fractions were evaluated for presence metallothionein analysing Hg, Cu, Fe —SH groups, molecular weight estimation u.v. absorption spectra. Metallothionein found these organs estimated concentrations similar to those present terrestrial other marine mammals.
