摘要: Abstract Mushroom production is the biggest solid state fermentation industry in world. Disposal and storage of spent mushroom compost (SMC) that remains after harvest poses a big economic environmental problem. Production industrially important hydrolytic enzymes by fungi on various agro-industrial wastes significant, open chapter biotechnology. This paper proposes novel application SMC as substrate for cultivation (SSF) order to obtain cellulase, xylanase, amylase β-glucosidase. can be used good Trichoderma Aspergillus without addition supplementary (nutritive) elements. Starting amount was reduced 30% due hydrolysis complex cellulolytic enzymes. Material left behind more suitable fertilizer horticulture. One fungal isolate pointed out promising producer ( atroviride T42). It produced greatest total protein (0.204 mg mL −1 ), five isoforms β-glucosidase highest level (12 isoforms) both endocellulase (0.76 U mL ) xylanase (2.31 U mL ). The capacity T42 produce all examined such high number demonstrates successful adaptation new substrates.
