摘要: This paper describes the development and validation of a school-accountability model. The model is based on assumption that schools represent dynamic systems in which change one element will affect all other elements. model's primary elements are educational input, processes, outcomes. examines various accountability models concludes although these vary complexity purpose, their common reporting system. described this report was created to correct defects models. first step its identify inputs, outcomes school. provides for external judgment school programs known standards; supplies information personnel parents diagnostic/remedial efforts focused improvement; offers an opportunity communicate goals achievement public; culturally fair; systemic nature.
