摘要: Abstract Cubic ZnSnO 3 nanocages, a geometrical cube-shape with hierarchical structure composed of small nanoparticles as secondary units, are successfully synthesized via facile hydrothermal process. These nanocages have hollow interiors and good-permeation surfaces, used for detecting different gases such ethanol (C 2 H 5 OH), formaldehyde (HCHO), hydrogen sulfide (H S). show good response, selectivity, response recovery characteristics to S. It is found that 17.6–50 ppm S at the optimal operating temperature 310 °C time shorter than 20 s.
