摘要: Public–Private Partnership (P3), also known as Private Finance Initiative, projects are becoming an increasingly popular procurement method. These uniquely challenging they require the collaboration of designers, constructors and operators from earliest stages project, each whom has a particular perspective. Balancing conflicting priorities identifying where align is critical step in project planning. When BIM used these projects, it can provide substantial benefit to team by facilitating information flow between stakeholders, minimizing duplication effort allowing make informed decisions optimize over its life cycle both delivery usage A wellconceived Execution Plan developed at beginning with input all stakeholders implemented supports this goal. This approach ensures that included model be throughout lifecycle, avoiding re-work, “begin end on mind” take full advantage paper reviews best practices for using P3 presents framework guide development execution plan applicable context, analysis prioritization use cases, identification element data necessary cycle, staged inclusion within model. As based most complex current methods, widely adaptable range techniques.
