摘要: To determine whether the expression of iron superoxide dismutase (Fe-SOD) and manganese (Mn-SOD) increase superoxide-scavenging capacity, thereby improve survival rate chilling sensitive (chs) mutants Arabidopsis, 4 chs mutant (chs1-1, chs1-2, chs2-1, chs2-2) wild-type plants were grown under low (chilling, 13 °C; cold, °C) normal growth (23 temperatures. Photosynthetic parameters investigated following treatment with chilling, conditions. Chlorophyll content maximum quantum efficiency PSII primary photochemistry (Fv/Fm) reduced in at stress. The degree sensitivity chs1 was significantly greater than that chs2 mutants, as measured by chlorophyll fluorescence value content. MSD1 expressed during stress WT plants, while FSD2 FSD3 SODs not detected any treatments. Our results suggest chs1-chilled responds to lack genes temperature supports hypothesis chloroplasts might be damaged, due mutation, when they are chilled.
