摘要: Muscowy ducklings were infected with a very pathogenic parvovirus, Derzsy’s Disease Virus (DDV) and an adenovirus of type frequently isolated from ducks (EDS 76) – (A-127). 3 groups respectively DDV plus A-127, DDV, control group was raised under similar conditions. Pathological signs observed body weights recorded. Sera collected weekly analyzed for A-127 antibodies. In addition, in vitro assays multiplication these viruses on duck embryo fibroblasts conducted. ducklings, dual infection increases the mortality rate depresses weight gain, as compared to either virus alone. The humoral response did not appear be influenced by infection. No difference cytopathogenic effects detected between single infections.
