摘要: The combined fate and effects of hydrocarbons (HC) on a soilecosystem affected by bioremediation were studied during 480days in field experiment. HC removal rates, the andmetabolites mobility potential toxicity assessed.A clayey soil polluted 18 000 mg kg-1 dry soil, wastreated with either static-ventilated biopile or series fivewindrows periodically tilled order to determine relativeinfluence nutrients, bulking agents, aeration soiltemperature. concentrations determined infraredspectrometry, gravimetry, gas chromatography andthermodesorption. Between 70 81% initial wereremoved through biological processes fertilized soils, whereas natural attenuation without added nutrients was 56%.When adding fertilizers, residual cyclic compoundspoorly biodegraded strongly trapped organo-mineralmatter. Leaching water-soluble metabolites wasdemonstrated first stages biodegradation. Lowlevels detected leachates at day 480.Maximal highest immediately after introductionof oil then decreased as biodegradation proceeded. No toxiceffect recorded worms survival seeds germinationat 480. However growth plants reduced treatedsoils observed thebasis photosynthesis inhibition bacterial bioluminescence (Microtox) tests.
