摘要: A number of concurrent technological and organizational developments in the office automation area offer an excellent opportunity to greatly improve information systems management. This paper will attempt show how control could be taken over by managers through automation. The emphasis is first on showing can contribute designing manageable controllable from offices. Next, some implications are discussed including possible structural changes roles involved actors. Finally, a research design approach outlined. It provides practical framework tackle implementation issues taking into account critical constraints generated systems, notably social perspective.
