摘要: A 22-year-male presented to us with a gunshot injury left thorax where the bullet got lodged in pericardial cavity. We present perioperative management of this patient who subsequently required median sternotomy and cardiopulmonary bypass for retrieval. Transesophageal echocardiography done intraoperatively was helpful exact localization bullet.
