摘要: Most (if not all) available control theories assume that a structure is given at the outset. They therefore fail to answer some basic questions engineer regularly meets in practice (Foss 1973): “Which variables should be controlled, which measured, inputs manipulated, and links made between them?” These are plantwide tries answer. There two main approaches problem, mathematically oriented approach (control design) process approach. Both reviewed paper. Emphasis put on selection of controlled (“outputs”), it shown idea “self-optimizing control” provides link steady-state optimization control. We also provide definitions terms used within area
