摘要: The nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway ubiquitously controls cell growth and survival in basic conditions as well rapid resetting of cellular functions following environment changes or pathogenic insults. Moreover, its deregulation is frequently observed during transformation, chronic inflammation autoimmunity. Understanding how it properly regulated therefore a prerequisite to managing these adverse situations. Over the last years evidence has accumulated showing that ubiquitination key process NF-κB activation resolution. Here, we examine various ubiquitin more specifically, signal transduction at molecular level impacts vivo on processes.
