摘要: Abstract This study describes broken bar detection in induction motors without using additional sensor. It is based on observation of the fluctuations stator current zero crossing times (ZCT). Instead sampling motor with a high resolution A/D converter, instants are recorded as waveforms cross zero. Fluctuations intervals between successive crossings three phase analysed Fast Fourier Transforms (FFT). Diagnostic information found spectrum ZCT signal through presence specific fault related frequencies. A rotor manifested an increase amplitude 2 sf and other spectral components. paper analyses effect electrically unbalanced current, discusses various frequency components associated faults seen spectrum. important to eliminate dependence index parameters motor. Particularly, inertia, supply harmonics, variable load discussed reliability index, simulation results presented. that component independent load, thus it suitable for bar.
