摘要: This chapter analyses the effects of federal policy for growing participation and attainment in higher education. Following recommendations 2008 Review Australian Higher Education with goal building towards "universal" education attainment, Government deregulated from beginning 2012 number undergraduate places available within each institution. is a radical change university system hitherto highly government-regulated on both volume cost tuition fees.
