摘要: We present methods to measure the RF half-wave voltage Vπ(f) using a photodetector and an spectrum analyzer based on (i) nonlinear response (ii) two-point technique. The results obtained from these for LiNbO3 Mach–Zehnder optical modulator at 6.3 GHz are compared good agreement is found between all methods. Also, measurement optical-spectrum techniques, namely, two-tone methods, analyzed.
