摘要: A comparative analysis of the thermal shift Sm3+ ion zero-phonon lines in YAG and sesquioxide (Y2O3 Sc2O3) ceramics is presented. The show small red shifts, whereas sesquioxides large blue shifts absorption (up to ~9 cm−1 Y2O3 or ~6 Sc2O3), emission are observed for C2 centers, while C3i magnetic-dipole allowed exhibit shift. data analyzed terms competition between dynamic (due electron-phonon interaction) static produced especially by local structural changes.
