摘要: Abstract Background Gastric cancer (GC) is the fourth most prevalent malignant tumor and second leading cause of cancer-related death around world. Aberrant proliferation metastasis are mainspring in patients with GC. However, specific mechanism gastric far from being fully elucidated. Accumulating evidence revealed that miRNA played a significant role tumorigenesis development. Methods The level miR-183-5p was detected 102 GC by using qRT-PCR. prognostic value evaluated. Cell function assays (CCK-8 transwell assays) were conducted to assess Dual luciferase report assay western blot performed validate this potential target regulated Results down-regulated tissues cell lines. Remarkable pertinence obtained between TNM stage, size, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis. differentiation independent causes impacting on overall survival multivariate analysis. individuals high would experience relatively better prognosis. Upregulation restrained migration. EEF2 may be gene Conclusion acts as biomarker regulates functions modulating EEF2.
