摘要: Recent data indicate that the well-defined transcription machinery of RNA polymerase III (Pol III) is probably more complex than commonly thought. In this review, we describe yeast basal factors Pol and their involvements in cycle. We also present a list proteins detected on genes transcribed by (class genes) might participate process. Surprisingly, several these are involved II transcription. Defining role potential new effectors vivo will be challenge next few years.
