摘要: Background Low satisfaction rates and severe complications are two major limitations for temporal hollowing augmentation using autologous fat grafting. Despite compartments in region have been reported, its clinical applied anatomy grafting not the subject of studies that show benefits objectively statistically. Objectives To investigate relative neurovascular structures cadavers, developing a safe effective technique augmentation. Methods The study was conducted on 8 cadavers (16 temples). tissue layers, compartments, ligaments, were analysed. variables number location sentinel veins, perforator vessels middle vein. Measurements taken with digital calliper. Results Two separate lateral temporal-cheek compartment orbital compartment, found subcutaneous layer, septum upper lower loose areolar layer. One vein 1 to 6 travel through traverse overlapping layers region, finally join Conclusions four ideal receipt sites medial border junction hairline line is cannula entry site anterior half "zone caution"
