摘要: Background Unprovoked venous thromboembolism (VTE), generally divided into single and recurrent categories, is a common leading cause of morbidity mortality in real-world population. This study was aimed to explore the similarities differences mechanisms VTE. Methods Gene expression data (GSE19151) generated from 63 healthy controls, 32 single, 38 VTE patients were analyzed. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) screened by Affy package Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes Ontology enrichment analysis performed using database for annotation, visualization, integrated discovery. Based on Search Tool Retrieval Interacting Genes/Proteins database, protein–protein interaction network visualized Cytoscape, modules identified CFinder. Finally, transcription factor regulatory networks constructed. Results Totally, 559 294 DEGs obtained VTE, respectively. There 202 upregulated 58 downregulated overlapped between them.
