This requires organization to review its current systems improve overall triple bottom-line performance (i.e. economic, environmental, and social). Rising these challenges transforming management system towards management. Assuming quality (QM) impact on organisations will continue, what types of QM-based improvement initiatives develop in future meet anticipated organizational market changes?
