摘要: Abstract Rock-salt-structured Li 2 MgTiO 4 ceramic was prepared by the conventional mixed oxide route and its microwave dielectric properties were investigated. The microstructures of ceramics characterized SEM. exhibited a significant dependence on sintering condition crystal structure. A new material, sintered at 1360 °C has constant ( ɛ r ) ∼17.25, Q × f ∼97,300 GHz (where = 9.86 GHz, is resonant frequency) τ ∼–27.2 ppm/°C. are reported for first time.
