摘要: This paper presents and discusses the construction of a spatial decision-support tool for Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) land use plan: coordination plan Province Naples, in southern Italy. The organises relevant information, spatially resolves actions plan, predicts their environmental impacts, generates overall performance maps. Its final goal is to provide suitable technical support formal SEA procedure. expected implications such as changes traffic flows urban expansion, were modelled assessed against set criteria using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities Threats) analysis mapping. It was found that provided good basis assessment strategy formulation. also intends contribute topic data scale issues SEA, by exemplifying role played analyses informative SEA.
