摘要: AbstractPurpose: To identify benefit of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) on patients with pre-existing renal insufficiency or diabetes. Background: NAC administration is a common method for prevention contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN). Nevertheless, its diabetes remains uncertain and controversial. Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to evaluate the efficacy CIN in were searched from databases MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane library. Pooled odds ratio (OR) 95% confidence interval (95% CI) calculated using fixed-effects model by Mantel–Haenszel test.
