摘要: To assess the potential for urban demand side management (DSM) policies as a water resource tool, we analyze extent to which price and alternative policy instruments (such use quantity restrictions subsidies efficient technologies) reduce residential their distributional implications by type of household. Using detailed household-level panel data two California communities, results suggest that ultimate effects DSM in terms reduction aggregate distribution savings among household classes depend both on instrument selected composition demand.
