摘要: Three different approaches for lipase catalysed synthesis of citronellyl acetate by a commercial available immobilized have been studied: a) direct esterification reaction citronellol with acetic acid; b) alcoholysis butyl and c) transesterification butyrate butylacetate. Heptane was used as solvent all the experiments. The extent occurred in order alcoholysis>transesterification>esterification. Substrate partitioning between immobilization support organic medium seems to greatly influence catalytic performance this enzyme preparation. Production acetate, found be dependent on partition coefficient acyl donor which account greatest value acid.
