Recovery of precious metals from scrap printed circuit boards through pyrolysis

摘要: Abstract Pyrolysis process has many advantages, if integrated in the of precious metals recovery from scrap printed circuit boards (PCB): reduction energy costs during milling phase, improvement dissolution efficiency, non-metal residue, low production dioxins and bromine. Despite this it is not clear can be sustained burning volatile products (oil gas). For reason paper pyrolysis tests on samples central processing units (CPU) random access memories (RAM) are presented. The yielded about 90% char, 4% tar 6% gas. 82% 9% Char content was 4300 kJ/kg for 2200 kJ/kg units, 29,000 kJ/kg both, while gas heating value respectively 20 MJ/kg 18 MJ/kg. Burning all volatiles obtained 4273 kJ/kg 2066 kJ/kg heat obtained.
