摘要: The cyanobacterium Nostoc muscorum was isolated from soil and exposed to different concentrations of copper. data indicated that copper supplementation alone severely reduced dry weight, Chl-a, carotenoids total protein muscorum. drop more prominent at higher concentrations. On the other hand, carbohydrate, proline content metal accumulation in algal cells were remarkably increased by culture media. Copper highly suppressive enzyme activities muscorum, prominently applications calcium 40 or 80 mgl-1 alleviate toxic effect sublethal concentration.
