摘要: Hormonal regulation and symbiotic relationships provide benefits for plants to overcome stress conditions. The aim of this study was elucidate the effects exogenous methyl jasmonate (MeJA) application on root hydraulic conductivity (L) Phaseolus vulgaris which established arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) symbiosis under two water regimes (well-watered drought conditions). variation in endogenous contents several hormones (MeJA, JA, abscisic acid (ABA), indol-3-acetic (IAA), salicylic (SA)) changes aquaporin gene expression, protein abundance phosphorylation state were analyzed.
