摘要: Twenty-five newborn Holstein Friesian calves, from dams vaccinated against haemorrhagic septicaemia (HS), were tested repeatedly over the first 6 months of life to monitor transferred antibody levels HS. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays used measure specific HS antibodies with antigens Pasteurella multocida strains B:2 and E:2. There was a significant curvilinear relationship between monitored IgG response age calves. Peak serum obtained during period 8 16 weeks age. Beyond this age, concentration in fell away.
