摘要: This paper illustrates the application of enzymes (e.g. xylanase and laccase) in bio-bleaching non-woody material wheat straw). The objective this is to develop an alternative bleaching sequence avoiding use chlorine during bleaching. In study, straw pulp has been treated with commercially available laccase separately sequentially. Optimised parameters for pre-treatment are pH 5.5, temperature 60°C, enzyme dose 6 IU/g, time 75 min speed agitation 80 rpm. Similarly, optimum delignification 3.5, 22.5 IU/g oven dried pulp, mediator concentration 1.5% (odp), 10 h 120 rpm. On other hand, sequential treatments such as (X) followed by (L) alkaline perdoxide (E) presence have shown better reduction kappa number, that 24.84% compared LE absence a mediator.
