摘要: Regulation of the turnover monoamines in central nervous system via monoamine receptors was first suggested by finding that neuroleptic drugs increase brain concentrations dopamine (DA) metabolites such as 3-methoxytyramine (Carlsson and Lindqvist, 1963) homovanillic acid (AndeN et al., 1964a). Successively, many different techniques have been used to show utilization synthesis DA are accelerated following treatment with drugs. It has generally accepted neuroleptic-induced stimulation results from a compensatory activation neurons due blockade receptors. The mediating these changes were originally supposed be classical postsynaptic located on effector cells. Later indicated, however, other might involved this regulation.
