摘要: The objective of this study was to develop an in-straw dilution method suitable for direct transfer vitrified bovine sexed embryos. Embryo sexing performed by molecular diagnosis. Several and vitrified-warmed embryos were transferred after evaluation morphologically embryonic survival at warming (Evaluation group). other immediately directly recipients without first being expelled from the straws (Non-evaluation pregnancy rates 38.7% 34.8% in Evaluation group Non-evaluation group, respectively, which not significantly different. viability lower quality before vitrification tended be (P = 0.087) than that higher regardless evaluating dilution. abortion similar, there no difference between two groups (13.9% 12.5%, respectively). These results demonstrate can diluted warmed term.
