摘要: Systematic investigations on the occurrence of differential DNA replication in carrot cultures, expressed at total genome level, were performed. The Daucus carota L. could be characterized by a pattern repetitive BstNI fragments that was independent tissue specificity or cultivar differences. Characterization genomic secondary phloem roots, comparison to induced primary cultures different growth phases, revealed dramatic differences copy number fragments. Highly proliferative showed extensive reduction proportion sequences all 37 investigated variants. In contrast, during subsequent transition stationary re-amplified. results suggest quantitative organisation involved regulation potential cells. A hypothesis is discussed suggesting determining influence observed cell-cycle rates and cell program structural positioning effects loops. To study causality somaclonal variation, research relationship between physiological variability induction heritable changes recommended.
