摘要: Abstract Bridgman-grown polycrystalline CuInS2 and CuInSe2 containing 2 at.% excess S Se, respectively, were investigated by 63Cu 115In NMR. lineshapes obtained at 79.83 MHz within the temperature range of 123 K . Lineshapes from both samples are similar typically broadened first-order electric quadrupolar interactions with average coupling constant magnitudes 0.54 MHz; whereas, central transition reveals broadening due to chemical shift anisotropy. Temperature dependent motional narrowing copper line is observed CuInSe2; associated diffusion coefficient 3×10 −13 cm 2 /s 473 K. The dependence paramagnetic suggests a complex form magnetic ordering between unpaired spins.
