摘要: Cancer-testis antigens (CTAs) are a group of tumor-associated with more than 140 members whose expression has been shown to be limited gametogenic tissues and placenta among normal tissues. However, malignant different origins have aberrant elevated these antigens. Such pattern endows beneficial properties for use as cancer biomarkers well immunotherapeutic targets result the immune-privileged status testes. CTAs expressed in pediatric brain tumors, types sarcomas, leukemias, lymphomas neuroblastomas. Although data regarding their childhood tumors not comprehensive adult it is supposed that CTA-based approaches can also used cancers. there about objective clinical responses following immunotherapy such patients. Here we try review available information.
