摘要: Cellular proliferation and division are central processes in the development, survival evolution of living systems. Transitioning into cell phase cycle encompasses dramatic remodeling cellular organelles signaling modules including Ca2+ signaling. As well, signals play important roles during progression through various stages cycle. A ubiquitous influx pathway that is activated based on intracellular store content store-operated entry (soce). SOCE a complex interplay between channel at membrane, Orai1, sensor localizes to endoplasmic reticulum, STIM1. Herein, we discuss potential regulation STIM Orai proteins proliferation.
