Obstetric outcomes in nulliparous women aged 35 and over with dichorionic twin pregnancy

摘要: The aim of this study is to investigate maternal and neonatal outcomes in dichorionic twins nulliparous women older than 35 compared those their younger counterparts. This was a retrospective twin pregnancies managed at Japanese Red Cross Katsushika Maternity Hospital between 2002 2006. Nulliparous 35 years delivery (n = 60) were with the ages 20 29 (n = 71). ≥ 35 year old more likely have used assisted reproductive technology. There no measurable differences obstetric such as preeclampsia, premature delivery, low birth weight asphyxia two pregnancies. Advanced age does not seem affect
