摘要: In the first weeks following aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage, cerebrovascular alterations may impact outcome significantly. Diagnosis of cerebral vasospasm and detection at risk delayed ischemia are key targets to be monitored in post-acute phase. Available tools include clinical monitoring, as well studies that can detect possible arterial narrowing, perfusion, metabolism neurophysiology. Each technique is able investigate vascular impairment has different advantages limits. All available techniques have been described. Among these, most practical selected compared for their peculiar characteristics. Based on this analysis, a flowchart monitor these patients finally proposed.
