摘要: The objective of this study was to investigate the relationships between uterine perfusion and estrogen, progesterone nitric oxide synthase (NOS) system in five trotter mares during estrous cycle. Color Doppler sonography for measurement blood flow collection determination plasma estrogen concentrations were performed on days 0 (= ovulation), 1, 5, 11 15 daily estrus (days -1 -4) one cycle; endometrial biopsy mRNA expression analysis NOS receptors 0, 11, -3. Blood each artery assessed by calculating mean time-averaged maximum velocity (TAMV) pulsatility index (PI). Plasma determined using specific enzyme immunoassays. expressions endothelial (eNOS), inducible (iNOS) as well α (ERα) β (ERβ) quantified reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis. TAMV PI had a biphasic pattern cycle (P<0.05), with minimum, respectively, values 5 -4. Estrogen receptor increased significantly -3 (ERβ). Transcript eNOS, but not iNOS, (P<0.05) levels correlated positively (r=0.81, P=0.05). We infer that system, especially plays an important role regulation mares.
