摘要: The growth hormone (GH)/insulin-like factor-1 axis is not only of importance for linear body during childhood, but it also one the major determinants adult bone mass. Studies show that GH treatment increases mass in rodents as well GH-deficient humans, effect on healthy humans has so far been impressive. Recently, a new class secretagogues (GHSs) developed. In GHS affects biochemical markers turnover and velocity selected short children with or without deficiency. rodents, increase mineral content, yet shown can affect humans.
