摘要: The quadriceps tendon (QT) has recently gained interest as an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) autograft. There is a paucity of data from large cohort studies on failures and revision rates after ACLR using the QT graft. purpose present study to use Danish Knee Ligament Reconstruction Registry (DKRR) compare rates, objective knee stability subjective clinical outcomes in patients who have undergone with QT, hamstring (HT), patellar (PT) graft for ACLR. It was hypothesized that autografts would result similar HT PT autografts. Data primary ACLRs DKRR 2005 through 2017 were analyzed. injury Osteoarthritis Outcome Scores (KOOS), Tegner activity scale scores, sagittal laxity, pivot-shift tests at 1-year follow-up 2-year compared three autograft cohorts. A total 531 14,213 1835 registered DKLR between 2017. associated statistically significant increased laxity (1.8 mm) (1.5 (p < 0.001) more positive pivot shift. higher rate (4.7%), (1.5%) (2.3%) (p < 0.002). Quadriceps than grafts. also small shift III
