摘要: Abstract LiCoO 2 thin films composed of nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal treatment the precursor electrodeposited on a glassy carbon with flat surface and paper substrate ruggedness their electrochemical properties investigated. nanometer-size particles homogeneously coated surfaces substrates. The capacity film electrodes rugged increased in proportion to deposition charge, whereas exhibited proportional limit relationship between charge rechargeable capacity. rate performance cycle stability larger amount superior those smaller . This may be caused defects which are introduced uncoated during annealing process.
