摘要: We intended to characterize the CT patterns of hemorrhage associated with ruptured posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) aneurysms.CT scans 44 cases angiographically confirmed saccular PICA aneurysms (4) at junction vertebral and three distal aneurysms) were retrospectively reviewed. All had been obtained within 2 days subarachnoid (SAH) (day 0 [less than 24 hr], 35 patients; day 1, eight 2, one patient). Presence or absence in specific subarachnoid, intraventricular, intraparenchymal locations was noted, as presence degree hydrocephalus.Posterior fossa SAH present 95% cases.
