摘要: Abstract The role of the cellular retinoic acid binding protein type II (CRABPII) in (RA) signaling pathway is poorly understood. Northern blot analysis 12 breast cell lines showed that CRABPII mRNA content correlated with growth inhibition by RA, suggesting this enhances response to RA. Ectopic expression supported dose-dependent RA SC115-resistant but not MDA-MB-231-resistant cells, indicating sufficient rescue antiproliferation a permissive background. In both lines, ectopic enhanced gene activation Thus, induction tissue transglutaminase all- trans -RA and, surprisingly, 9- cis was 5-fold over and above level control cells (SC115), element reporter 3-fold (MDA-MB-231). A enhancement receptor β as result also demonstrated (SC115). These findings indicate positive regulator cells.
