摘要: Malaria is one of the most important parasitic infections in humans and more than two billion people are at risk every year. To understand how spatial heterogeneity extrinsic incubation period (EIP) parasite within mosquito affect dynamics malaria epidemiology, we propose a nonlocal time-delayed reaction-diffusion model. We then define basic reproduction ratio R₀ show that serves as threshold parameter predicts whether will spread. Furthermore, sufficient condition obtained to guarantee disease stabilize positive steady state eventually case where all parameters spatially independent. Numerically, use averaged system may highly underestimate risk. The heterogeneous framework this paper can be used design allocation control resources.
