摘要: Task handling apparatus in a computer system is structured to be common control tasks, user tasks and I/O tasks. Although the task contains priority structure, all are handled same manner, there no fixed interrupt levels for There N of priority, variable. Each server functional request. dispatching elements (TDE's) enqueued sequence on queue (TDQ). A dispatcher functions dispatch highest TDE TDQ, if any, perform switching. Intertask communication accomplished by send message, count, receive message count mechanisms, coupled with synchronization. synchronization achieved dequeueing enqueueing TDE's TDQ. An active becomes inactive dispatchable when higher TDQ or mechanisms. The waiting not satisfied. it either an after being depending upon whether other than
