摘要: A method of screening pharmaceutical drugs, gene therapies, vaccines, dietary supplements, behavioral and environmental therapies other clinical treatments for potential efficacy in the treatment Alzheimer's disease humans. The includes selecting transgenic mice that are genetically altered using measurement and/or imaging techniques to determine activity level posterior cingulate region brains after treatment. Based on these measurements comparisons a control group, effectiveness arresting or reversing can be determined, identified as promising candidate human trials.
